Employee Recognition The employee recognition component consists of a nomination module, the option to reward the employee with points and certificates specifically designed for recognizing and rewarding desirable behaviour and goal achievement. The nomination module enables authorized individuals to login to the recognition component, choose an employee, select the reason for the nomination, assign the value of the reward and create a customized, personalized recognition certificate for that employee. The certificate can be emailed to the employee or printed by the nominator and hand delivered. Click on the thumbnails below to see samples of certificates (actual certificate is 8.5" X 11").
