Length of Service Awards There are three options for a Service Awards Program: - Length of Service Recognition: consists of a nomination module and certificates specifically designed for recognizing and rewarding commitment and loyalty to your company. The nomination module enables authorized individuals to login to the recognition component, choose an employee, select the years of service and create a customized, personalized length of service recognition certificate for that employee. The certificate can be emailed to the employee or printed by the nominator and hand delivered. - Automated Length of Service Recognition: utilizes the "Service Date" entered into an employee's profile and a rule structure to state what is to happen when the anniversary draws near. For example: x days prior to the anniversary date, an email could be sent to the employee's manager announcing that this employee was expecting an anniversary and to do specified actions. And/or on the employee's anniversary an automated email, with an optional certificate for length of service, could be generated along with instructions on redeeming their anniversary reward.
- Monthly upload of employee file for those eligible to receive a reward and optional certificate in the upcoming month. In this situation, we program what is to happen once the file is uploaded, for example we could send out a bulk email to all employees in the file congratulating them on their length of service and inviting them to login to claim their reward. Optional certificates could be added.
