Incentive Depot created VARP for two reasons:  we believe very strongly in the power of recognition and the need for recognition of volunteers and because we want to give back to our community.  Therefore, we have created a program structure designed for maximum flexibility and, at the same time, there is no requirement to purchasing points to distribute to your participants.  All that we ask is that you use the program to recognize your volunteers within 3 months of setting it up.

VARP is a turnkey incentive product that uses the Recognition Component, to recognize, and, if applicable, reward, volunteers for their contribution.  VARP offers customization including colour scheme and logo and the ability to change the text on information pages and emails.  Optional self-registration is available.
