If we are providing all aspects of program administration we will handle all inquiries, update records, communicate with participants, give feedback and suggestions to improve your program and basically do everything that is required to run a successful program. We will run reports, provide analysis and distribute the reports to the appropriate person. If part of the administration will be done in-house, we will work with your team to ensure that we are working in the most efficient and effective manner. Regardless of the level of administration required, we provide fulfillment and support for the reward fulfillment. We arrange for delivery of the awards from our catalogs and if a participant has a question, problem or complaint about any of the awards we provide they can contact us and we will help them. We also provide assistance with technology related issues and questions that participants and administrators may have.
