| Software Overview All of our online incentive programs are built on the foundation of our proprietary Incentive Suite™ software, which is designed by incentive program administrators with years of experience managing web-based incentive programs. Built on Microsoft Platform, Incentive Suite is classic ASP and ASP.NET, using the latest technology and tools including Web 2.0 features such as AJAX and Web Services (for third-party software integrations) and has built in modules designed for customization. The Rules engine enables you to create client and program specific rules to apply for the duration of the program (i.e. approval processes, Point name, Point value, country, currency, language etc.) Emails are created and stored in the Email Library and Rules are attached to indicate the triggers that cause them to be sent. And for program administrators, the Rewards Library is where all rewards are stored, which enables you to have custom programs for each program and yet rewards need to be added, edited, deleted or deactivated only once.
